Step 3: Enter Your Information & Review

  • Enter basic information about the payer and/or the student. 
  • This information is included with your payment for easy identification for processing the payment by Belmont. 

Step 4: Make Your Payment

  • Follow the instructions provided to send funds to Flywire using the method you selected. 
  • Bank Transfers - Follow the instructions provided to send your funds. Depending on your bank, payments may be made online, via phone, or in person. 
  • Debit/Credit Card - Enter your card details online to complete the payment in your home currency. 

Step 5: Track & Confirm Payment

  • Receive email and text updates each step of the way, including when your payment has been delivered.

  • Can I wire money directly to the University's bank account?
    • No. Instead, we use Flywire to ensure that you are using the University's most up-to-date banking information and helps us identify your payment once we receive it. 
  • What are the requirements for payments from China specifically?
    • Students and Authorized users making payments from China must provide documentation that meets the requirements of the People's Bank of China and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE).  
      • Students must submit a statement from their university to their payment processor that includes: university logo, student name, and amount of tuition and fee charge. 
      • This type of statement is accessible to students and authorized users and can be generated by going to the Authorized User account orStudent Account in the MyBelmont portal. 
      • Once you have saved the statement as a PDF document, follow the steps that Flywire provides for your specific country, and it will prompt you to upload your statement.
