About the Center

Reverend Charlie Curb Center for Faith Leadership

Relevant to Culture

The Center helps leaders to answer the question, “Does our organization have an answer? Are we relevant?” The question of relevancy will help to define organizational Christian purpose in the midst of ever-changing culture.

Relational to Community

The Center helps leaders to answer the questions, “Do we have a voice and a presence in our community? Does it matter to our community that we exist?” The question of community relationship will help to define an organization’s sense of ministry and importance to its setting.

Resolute in Identity

The Center helps leaders to answer the question, “Do we have a way to be true to our denominational and ecclesiastical DNA while embracing the changes needed to effectively present the Message of Christ to the world?”  This question of identity will help to define congregational presence and value in local communities.
