Incoming Student Checklist
- I'm a current Belmont undergrad student. How do I pay my College of Law seat deposit?
- Log into MyBelmont.
- On the left-hand navigation, select "Financial Information > Student Account."
- This takes you to the ePay site; you will be automatically logged in.
- At the top of the ePay screen, choose "Deposits."
- Select "Term Fall 2021."
- Choose "College of Law" deposit.

- Federal Aid
- Fill out the FAFSA as soon as possible. Submitting your FAFSA in a timely manner allows you to learn about any Direct Unsubsidized Loans you have qualified for. The FAFSA for 2020-2021 is available now.
- If you are a graduate or professional student, you can borrow up to $20,500 each year in Direct Unsubsidized Loans. Learn more.
- Be sure that you also apply for a Direct PLUS Loan if you will need to borrow more than $20,500 annually.
- Completing your Direct Plus Loan Application is a separate step, in addition to completing your FAFSA.

Law students may apply for Federal Loans (Direct and Direct PLUS). A maximum of $20,500 is available in Direct loans, and students may fund the remaining cost of attendance with Direct PLUS loans.

Please note that Direct Unsubsidized Loans and Direct PLUS Loans have different MPNs. The MPN for each type of loan, and Entrance counseling, must be completed before the loan will disburse to your student account.
If you selected “Loan Amount Unknown” in your Grad PLUS loan application, it is your responsibility to contact Belmont Student Financial Services to let them know the amount you want to borrow. If this step is omitted, the loan will not process.
Log into your MyBelmont account.
• Click Launchpad on the left-hand side of the screen, and select Banner Web
• Select the Student Services and Financial Aid tab
• Select the Financial Aid tab
• Select the Award Information tab
• Select Award by Aid Year
• From the drop down box, select 2020–21 Aid Year
• Click the submit button
Did you remember to complete a Grad PLUS credit application? You must apply separately for a Direct PLUS Loan if you will need to borrow more than $20,500 annually. This process is in addition to completing your FAFSA.

Q: My scholarship letter says I must remain in "good standing" in order to retain my scholarship. What does that mean?

If your current mailing address or primary email address has recently changed, email Mallory Blake with the updated information.

The chargers are free to use, but users will need an active Blink charging card. The card is free - just go to the Blink website to register, and they will send the card in the mail.
