Important Deadlines For Undergraduates Entering Fall 2025

Here are some important dates to keep in mind as you prepare to come to Belmont next fall.


February 15, 2025

Priority deadline for FAFSA submission (first-year-students only). Submissions after that date will be processed in the order in which they are received.


April 5, 2025

Be Belmont Day, a day for admitted first-year and transfer students to learn in-depth about the Belmont experience. Learn more and register.

May 1, 2025

Deadline for non-refundable deposit submission for fall term first-year admission (December 1 is the deadline for spring term admission).


July 1, 2025

Request your final high school and/or college transcript(s) be sent to Belmont.
Admission is contingent upon Belmont receiving your final transcript(s) prior to the first day of classes.

Your Admissions Checklist: Steps to a Successful Enrollment

Be Belmont Day, held on April 5, 2025, is an event for admitted first-year and transfer students to learn in-depth about the Belmont experience. Learn more and register.

First-year students must submit their $400 non-refundable enrollment deposit online by December 1  for Spring 2025 and May 1 for Fall 2025. Transfer deposit deadlines are November 1 for Spring 2025 and July 1 for Fall 2025.

Submit the FAFSA by February 15, 2025 for Fall 2025 applicants and by November 1 for Spring 2025. Information on merit scholarships.

Housing information will be sent to you within one week after your enrollment deposit is processed. Information on campus housing.

Note: Housing is not guaranteed for transfer students and is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

During Towering Traditions New Student Orientation, you’ll discuss your academic plan, register for your first semester of classes and learn about the values, commitments and mission that shape the Belmont community.

Your parents/guardians are invited to participate and learn pertinent information about your next steps into higher education.

Towering Traditions New Student Orientation is offered in June for all deposited first-year and transfer students for the Fall Term, and Spring Orientation is held in January for all deposited students entering in the spring.

Belmont requires all students to submit a completed Medical History Form, submit immunization records, input immunization dates and verify health insurance by the end of your Towering Traditions Orientation session. Instructions are sent via email two weeks after you have paid your deposit.

Request that your final high school and/or college transcripts be sent to Belmont’s Office of Admissions.

Electronic copies are accepted from Parchment, Clearinghouse, Naviance or SCOIR (if your school participates). Or you may have an official hard copy mailed directly to our offices at: Office of Admissions, 1900 Belmont Blvd., Nashville, TN 37212
