Live in the Center of Campus Life
Freshman Housing
All entering freshmen enjoy housing locations in the center of campus and are required to live in University housing unless you are:
- 21 years of age or over or completed 60 credit hours by the first day of classes
- married and/or have children residing with you
- live with parents, legal guardians, grandparents or siblings over the age of 25 while attending Belmont.
Belmont cannot guarantee on-campus housing for freshmen submitting an enrollment deposit after May 1. When demand exceeds housing capacity, Belmont reserves the right to convert some residential spaces into triple occupancy.
Please note that housing assignments for transfer students are made on a space-available basis; the Office of Residence Life will communicate transfer housing availability.
Housing Application
Information about how to fill out your housing application will be emailed to you after your non-refundable enrollment deposit is processed. All housing will be prioritized based on the date the housing application is completed. You can start reviewing details for each of the freshman residence halls listed below along with other housing information at belmont.edu/reslife.
Belmont reserves the right to modify the enforcement of the housing requirement based on the University’s educational and/or administrative needs and purposes. Affected students may not be guaranteed housing and will be waitlisted for campus housing based on modifications of the housing requirement and re-prioritized by student classification and/or date of application.
