Pathway 3
Champion an integrative approach to achieve better health and well-being for all.
Pathway 3 represents our desire to exist as a 1 Corinthians 12 body, meaning: the health and wellbeing of each member in the Belmont community is integral to the whole of our community.
This goes beyond our physical health, although that’s certainly an important aspect. It includes the safety and holistic wellbeing of all members of our campus community - including their financial, social, cultural, spiritual and occupational well-being. To encourage this kind of enrichment, Belmont is developing a peer health and wellness coaching program for students, soon to be broadened into programs for faculty and staff. This challenge is personal, but it can be enhanced immensely by checking in on one another within each of your communities.
