On the home page you can search for keywords that describe the data you need. The Cookbook will provide a list of terms and specifications (reports and dashboards) that contain the data you are looking for. Read the description and business questions to see which one fits your needs. Don’t see what you need? IRSA provides institutional data primarily through self-service Argos reports. Additional data are available on request through the IRSA data and Services request form and for administrators through Pyramid Analytics.

Live data refers to current records in Belmont data systems such as Banner. Live data will change regularly based on normal business operations and reports will return different results on different days or even at different times of the day. Frozen data refers to records that are copied from live data on a specific date and protected from further changes. Frozen data is used for official reporting so that any data reported can easily be recreated.
Yes! We have a Factbook that is updated regularly throughout the year when new data are available. You can access our Factbook in the Facts and Figures section of the IRSA site.
You must complete FERPA training prior to receiving access to student data.
Argos is the main university reporting tool and is widely available to staff and academic administrators. Please fill out the IRSA Data Request Form or email reporting@belmont.edu for access to Argos. Once your access is set up, you may access Argos by clicking the icon on the Launchpad in the MyBelmont portal.
Pyramid is available to executives, deans, associate deans and other administrators who need access to data through dashboards. Fill out the IRSA data Request Form or email reporting@belmont.edu for access to Pyramid. Once your access is set up, you may access Pryamid by clicking the icon on the Launchpad in the MyBelmont portal.
Argos training videos are available in Belmont Be You, accessible from the MyBelmont portal. In Belmont Be You, click on Learning, and then search for Argos. Be sure to click on the full curriculum to access the trainings in their entirety. Also watch for Data and Donuts and data user groups in our MyBelmont portal.
