Student Enrollment Services provides an array of services to assist medical students from enrollment through graduation. Our goal is to enhance students' encounters by providing accessible services in an affirming environment.
Student Enrollment Services
We contribute to the exceptional student experience by:
- Facilitating registration of all medical students
- Assisting students with immunization and health insurance questions
- Providing first-level financial advice
- Coordinating financial literacy programming and counseling
- Assisting students with transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and letters of good standing
- Administering the following programs:
- Cohort Lottery Assignment Program
- Visiting Student Learning Opportunities (VSLO)
- Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) programs
